Will DTS remove any data from source db in a transfer all config?

Hi,

I am planning to transfer all my data/tables, etc. using the DTS wizard from one SQL7 server to another SQL7 server. Does it just copy everything to the destination db, leaving the data untouched on the source db? Or does 'transferring' the data, tables, etc. mean that the data gets removed from the source dba and put on the destination db.
