Will/Do Avaya IP Phones support IPv6?

I have checked Avaya and Google and cannot find an answer.
Do the existing Avaya IP phones support IPv6?
I have a mixture of every IP model available. (46xx 64xx 96xx)
Will this just require a firmware upgrade or a replacement?
