Will CR8.5 work with just OUT parameter and not IN OUT parameter?

I use CR8.5 and Oracle8 Stored Procedure (SP) that feeds it. Right now I have IN-OUT parameter in SP that confuses Crystal Enterprise - the report constantly fails with an error: "Information is needed before this report can be processed" (without Enterprise just in CR8.5 the report runs fine!). My guess is that it's IN-OUT parameter that appears in report as a regular prompt. When I modified SP to just OUT parameter I do not see the SP available in the list of objects I can bind report to...

Did anyone have this problem and know workaround?
I appreciate every clues or comments on that..
