On a Pix 501, will an inbound static port 443 rule routing that traffic to a server prevent https connections originated internally by other clients on the network? My concern is with the response to the client systems https traffic would be routed to the server instead of to the originating client system.

If the inbound static port rule does do this, can anyone provide additional commands or suggestions as to how to direct inbound port 443 traffic to the server if it is not originated inside yet allow https traffic originated on the inside to function normally?

Thank you.

For anyone's information, configuring the firewall as described did not seem to adversely affect the https sessions of client computers.
