DDR-SDRAM is the type of memory that is located directly on the card. It doesn't matter what kind of memory you have in your system. DDR stands for "Double Data Rate", or roughly twice the theoretical output/bandwidth of standard SDRAM.
It should work fine assuming you have an AGP slot on your motherboard...

For exactly the same money! you could get:
Geforce 4 4200Ti (performs within 5% of a 4600Ti) around $170
A new ECS K7S5A (SDram or DDR)dual slots around $70
An XP1700+ processor around $80
Acasa 785SE heatsink/fan (rated 2.1) around $10
And a stick of 128mb PC2100 DDR memory. around $35
I am in the UK so these prices are just guesstimates, but in UK pounds these bits are about the same value as a GF4 4600Ti. Martin Please let members know if there advice has helped any.
Pentium II motherboards usially have 3.3 V AGP slot but new videocards (and GeForce4 too) are AGP 2.0 compliant and requires 1.5 V. New cards have another AGP connector (divided in 3 part) and, if new card will be inserted into old slot sucessfully, it will be damaged when turned on!
