Will 5.0.4c work on Compaq ML350 G2 Server?

OS: SCO 5.0.4c
Server: Compaq ML350 1.0Gz
Problem: Trying to purchase a compatiable backup server

Does anyone know if 5.0.4 will run on a ML350 G2?

I have one server which has to run SCO 5.0.4c. I want to purchase an additional server as a backup in case something BIG happens, and I can't get hardware to run my system in a pinch.

I wanted to get the exact same server, but it doesn't seem to be available in the marketplace anymore. The replacement is the ML350 G2 which is certified for 5.0.5 and up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks very much for the info. I'm glad to know that it's possible to run 5.0.4 on the G2. I have found a new ML350 1 Ghz server (it just arrived today). So, for the time being, I've got myself covered.

Unfortunately, do to my Oracle app I'm running, upgrading to 5.0.6 is not possible at this time.

Also, thanks for the vendor suggestion. I'll keep it filed.
