I'm thinking it's easier to get another working motherboard than to reset whatever is causing the 4,006 error I have in one of my 350, and there is a 360 pulled board on ebay-
Will it work?(360 board in 350 body)
I certainly wouldn't try it unless someone gives you a definitive 'YES'. I know someone who accdentally used a Xerox 255 board in a 265 (or maybe vice-versa) and it caused all sorts of problems. It wasn't just a simple matter of putting the right board in to fix it, either, since the wrong board had (I think) filled a whole lot of other boards' NVMs with the wrong values.

I was wary of trying the wrong board in the printer, so I emailed the seller and he also had a 350 pulled board. He said that he also encountered the same error code in the past, and swapping the board was the only way he managed to fix the problem.
Sad, as I feel all that is wrong with the motherboard is some whacked state that could be cleared if only I could find the documentation.
Perhaps it's in the service manual I ordered, but I doubt it, since Xerox support could not find it in there..
Thanks all, sorry to have ranted in public here, I will now shut up about this and get some work done..P-)
