wildcard dates

I have set up a parameter query. The user is able to select the criteria from a combo box and run the query. It is not limited to list so the user is able to use the wildcard property to return results from unfiltered fields.

I need to be able to allow a wildcard entry into the date field. Currently I receive "The Value You Entered Is not Valid for this Field"

is there a way around this? Is there an entry for wildcard dates?

no there isn't...

what you can do is to provide 2 date fields, the startDate and endDate and base your filtering on the results of these 2 fields.
