WIJ 20002 error for certain users.....

Hi,
We have users connecting to the BO server from the main network as well as remotely. These remore users connect to the BO Server using VPN. They are able to view & refresh reports and even modify them, but can't create new reports. Whenever they try creating they get the WIJ 20002 error.

Users from other offices are able to create reports from the same universe without any problems. I think this rules out any universe related problem like structure or locking, but donno what is causing this...

Our environment :
BO XI R2 SP1
Win 2003 Server
SQL Server 2000/Oracle 10G
Jre 1.4.2_04

Any help would be highly appreciated.....
