wifi configuration on registry

Hi. I have to configure some windows ce terminals which are without video board. I have just usb link. I have to configure wifi to connect to other terminals. I'm searching for a method using command line (if possible) or writing keys on registry. I cannot use control panel or other gui because terminal have not any video input/output
