Wierd WinSPM error

Anybody see this yet?

While attempting to print Allowed / Disallowed Lists:

Exception EListError in module WinSPE.exe at 000144CE.
List index out of bounds(2).

What version is the system and what version is the WinSPM

The machine is windows 2000, and is currently running taske for agent status. The SPM is the latest 9.0 load. Just installed 1 month ago.

WinSPM is not a very well-written piece of software. Often if trying to "apply" a moderate amount of label changes in the Qucik Access mode, it will lock up, give an error, and fail to complete the task. In your situation, try the task again, and you may achieve success. May want to try using the quick access as an alternate method if you are currently in the standard mode, or vice versa. The sorting of sites, would be nice too, MM. Some guy claimed that he could sort the db offline then upload it with the sorting accomplished. I've never don it my self though.

It took me a long time to start using WINSPM, and the main reason I did was for the better way it did DIAL UP.

There are a lot of things I wish I could get changed, but alas, they hardly listened to me when I worked there......

But I had even less input to Interactive North West.....
