Hello,
I have a wierd problem. For some reason my sound is not working right. At full volume sound is heard but just a little. All the system volumes are up and my computer shows no problems with my audio drivers or my sound card. I have tryed reinstalling the drivers but nothing changes. I can barely hear any sound. DOnt be confused there IS sound, but it is extremely low. If anyone can help please reply.
P.S. I have SIS 7012 audio drivers, if that makes a difference, ive heard it is troublesome.

Please help

Hello,

Remember that there are multiple volume controls: the windows master volume control will control computer output, but often there is a hardware volume control on speakers - check that as well.

Where are the speakers plugged into the sound card? Do the speakers have their own amplifier and sound control? Can you hear the sound better if you plug in earphones? What is the source of the sound? Is there a volume control on the source? What is the sound card, and how does it connect to the speakers?

How many outputs does your soundcard/chip support? It may be that you've got it plugged in the 'rears' (if you have the option of enabling one of the ports as such) and you're only getting the small amount of bleed to this output.
