This is what the tech onsite is reporting...

We have a 5 slot carrier with an R6 and 2 308 cards along with 4 port sm. VM card.
We have 25 extensions
We have 7 total lines
4 ( 1-4 )lines treated with an AA and show up on all phones
The other 3 ( 5-7 )lines show up on only 2 exts ( 26 & 28 )and get sent to VM box ( 2) with no ans on 26
For some reason the 4 lines keep ringing through ( after AA ) on 26 even though ringing is turned off for those lines
28 does not ring if 26 is on one of those 3 lines ( it is set to ring )
Also x 14 is not ringing regardless of AA transfer or direct extension calls but it can call others and outside.

I had him make sure ports 78 and 79 are the only ones installed and had him dial those extensions to verify they both reached the VM
He verified the lines assigned to the auto attendant and the line ringing on all the phones in question.
I am thinking the port is bad for extension 14 or the phone, but he said he tested the phone at another location and said it rings.

Any ideas?

Back it up, default it. Program #505-7-78-1, #505-7-79-1, #104-4
Add lines 5-7 to x26 and 28
#206-7-xx-1 for Lines 1-4, #206-7-xx-3 for 5-7, #308-xx-26 for 5-7, and #310-26-1

Give it a test, if it works, finish up the programming, if not, restore from the backup.
