wierd problem

Hello everyone,

just set up a network of 2 computers.

a dell server running windwows 2000 advanced server Named server
a workstation running windows 2000 pro. named pc1.

everything is fine but when i browse the network either on the server or the client its showing the workstation twice pc1 and hq1.

any ideas ?

Did you happen to share the C$ drive on the workstation twice with different names? Look under my computer and sharing for a c$ with a down arrow to the right and see if there are more shares than just C$ and pc1.
