WIERD PROBLEM WITH COMPUTER MANAGEMENT

I can successfully connect to remote computers but when i try to expan Event Viewer or Services, i get the following error :

Network path could not be found.

i can expand the services but if i right click or try to start/restart it, i get the same error.

i am trying to find some detailed technical info on how Computer Management works (connecting details)

any suggestions would be great!
