On 3 accounts, the number that F9 is pulling into excel does not match the amount in Macola's GL Period Balance file. This makes no sense at all. We did a recalc GL Account Balances in Macola to no avail.

Any ideas what is happenning here?

Don,

Weird F9 problem.

Are the three cells in question calculated as an array?
Are the {} braces missing in the formula for those three cells?

If they are (and this may not be your problem) you will not get the expected results.

An array formula can perform multiple calculations and then return either a single result or multiple results. Array formulas act on two or more sets of values known as array arguments. Each array argument must have the same number of rows and columns. You create array formulas in the same way that you create other formulas, except you press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to enter the formula.
Array constants can be used in place of references when you don't want to enter each constant value in a separate cell on the worksheet.
Some of the built-in functions are array formulas, and must be entered as arrays to get the correct results.

I am not sure what you mean by array formulas in F9, but in any case these are single accounts.

If it's not a cell formula with a calculation involved then this is probably not the problem.
