Have an issue where I had a user have their email client open all day. All of a sudden, they received about 6 or 7 messages late this afternoon timestamped correctly from earlier in the day, some from the morning. So for example, when I do message tracking some of the messages, one that I sent her at 11:00:17 ID'd as SUBMIT and shows 11:00:17 ID'd RECEIVE to her in the tracking results. But she didn't get these populated into Outlook till about 3:30 this afternoon. This has never happened before. Any ideas?

is outlook in offline mode? I have had this same scenario happen a few times with my users, it always ended up being outlook in offline mode...

Hadn't thought about that. I don't see why it would have been since the server has not gone down for anything. But with this particular user, I wouldn't put it past her in screwing with something on her desktop.

I'll check it out in the morning. Thanks.
