Premiere 6.0
XP 1600+
PCI 512 audio
geforce2 mx400
512mb ddr
80 gig video drive
Mini DV editing via firewire
Been using with no problems, then all the sudden the audio on one 30 sec. segment of my narration track slows down to about 85%. When I take that same segment and move it to another area within that track, it plays back at the normal rate. When I take a different audio segment and put it back in the "problem area", it plays back slow. So I made a new track and transferred the narration track to it, but the problem exists in the same area on the new track as well.
Keyframe and rendering options were then set to ignore audio effects and rubber bands and the problem persisted.
I tried changing the duration/speed/gain, no luck.
As far as I can tell, no effects are applied to the segment.
I tried deleting the segment and re-inserting it, no luck.
Been pulling my hair out for three days, any help would be MUCH appreciated.
