Wierd Aging Report (Summary) results

Running GP 9 - the Aging (Summary) Results report.

Tools > Routines > Sales > Aging

Using these options: End of Last Month
Account Type: All
All Customer IDs
Summary
Order By Customer ID
Age Finance Charges UNCHECKED

The results are coming up skewed.

The totals for any given customer are actually displaying the totals for the customer directly above it in the list.

So I run it for a single Customer ID. The results are line totals of 0.00 (no previous customer), but the Totals at the bottom are correct.

It's not really making a whole lot of sense to me, so I thought I'd get some expert opinions.

Are you running a modified version of the report?
If so, do you get correct results when you run an un altered version?

Based on the security settings, it does look like a modified version is being run - I don't remember any changes to it though.

I'll give it a shot and see how it fares.

sounds like an updated custom report that didn't update properly in the past. if there are any changes to it, I would just delete the custom report and re-create it with the changes required.

We've seen similar results with various reports when they are exported from one system and imported from another as a 8.package file. If this was the case, you can either try re-importing it or get a copy of the actual Reports dictionary the original report was in, go to Report Writer and import in from there.
