Hi,

I want to position several graph objects on an excel sheet.
They should be printed on one page as big as possible.
I need a way to find out up to which point(width, height in the sheet) printing would create only one page

thanks for all suggestions

Hi
This is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" type question!!

To start with you could go TOOLS>OPTIONS>VIEW tab then check Page Breaks.

This will show you on the sheet where the page breaks would occur 'naturally'

You can then chnge the margins etc by going FILE>PAGE SET UP>MARGINS tab

You can also set the 'zoom' manually of choose fit to one page in this dialog.

It's basically a case of messing around.

You can then check the print preview of view the sheet in pagebreak mode (VIEW>PAGE BREAK PREVIEW)

Also if you have a printer that can use bigger paper that may be an option.

You may need to change the sizes of the graphs to fit in or change layout to landscape..

The list goes on

Hope this helps a little!
Happy Friday
