On event viewer application got the following error

Source ACCPAC
Type ERROR
Event ID 100

ib.c-3994-IB-Bad HPIB in ibunloadlangDlls

Any idea??

That is a safe error, ignore it. The app is failing to unload some DLLs (unload lang Dlls), this will be cleaned up by the o/s once the app terminates.
Have you installed the latest product updates (service packs)?
