I have developed a report that is to be used as a .snp email attachment only. It will never be printed. The report needs to be quite wide. I have found the Access seems to have a 22" limit on width. I can deal with the 22" width but it is tight. Now that I have the report I find that when I run it I cannot see the complete 22" width. I have tried different printer settings to no avail. I cannot set a printer setting to custom 22", I do not have that option.

Again, I do not want to print the report, I just want to send it as an email attachment in the .snp format. When I do send it, it shows up as the narrow version.

Can anyone help??

Thanks,

I almost forgot. I have conditional formatting in the report. I need that formatting to go with the emailed report so the colors will show. Exporting to Excel or Word does not carry the conditional formatting but the .snp file does.

Thanks,

We have a report which utilizes the full 22". The only way to see the whole width in print preview is to set it as ledger paper (11"x17") That is the widest paper available to us - only available by using one of the larger copiers as the printer. Even with the margins set at the minimum of 0.201, the text size is rather small - printed or viewed onscreen.
