Wi/Fi w/phone --- recommendations

It looks like the phone pda's are starting to get better. Anybody have any suggestions? The PDA definitely has to have wi/fi and the phone would be nice but not necessary.

Ipaq 5000 series, some of them have 802.11b connectivity, definitely worth considering,

you wanna put a mobile in it, err, dunno one that does both unless you slide in a GPRS card for a hundered quid.

I have a iPAQ 5450 with builtin wifi and sim card. HP being a complete sod decided you cannot use the sim card yet!!! Apparently they are still "testing" the sim card. If this is important, check with the sales man flog you off! Check with HP.


If your office uses IP hardphones and wifi, you may turn your PDA into an IP Phone. Check with your administrator.
