Why would show sql query be disabled in a crystal Report writer 8.5?

Why would "show sql query" be disabled in a crystal Report writer 8.5 for one report, but not another?

Show SQL Query can be disabled for a couple of reasons (off the top of my head):[ol][li]The report is based on a Query, Dictionary or File[/li][li]You opened a report from an Enterprise Folder - Show SQL Query will be disabled in this scenario unless you Save As the report to your hard drive.[/li][/ol]
