Why wont this video load, anyone know?

I am trying to get this video to stream. I exported it through QT's export for web option. I put the code in the correct areas, I uploaded all the files via dreamweaver. But yet in firefox it just sits idle, and in internet explorer it sits idle with a question mark on top of the QT symbol.

dont bother going to that link anymore, I have been trying to get other things working on it all day. What I really need to know is: why would my qt video for web not load? is it my file host?

it could be many things, ranging from a bit of incorrect code to a missing plugin.
since it does nothing in firefox and has a ? in IE, my first guess would be the browser plugin is not loaded/installed.
