I created an Access Report put some data labels on it and when I run the report the labels don't appear. Am I missing something simple here? Any help would be great!!
Thanks.
What does this have to do with a graph?
Could it be as simple as highlighting the label control, and using the format "send to front" command?
Did you check to make sure the label's visible property is set to "yes"?

I think I misunderstod last time! Data SERIES labels on a GRAPH in a report aren't showing up? The settings are kinda hard to get at. Double-click the graph object, then click on chart|options in the menu bar. Click on the "data labels" tab, and make sure that one of the "show" options is checked. If this doesn't work, double sheck the recordsource results to make sure that there is actually data to disply. Sorry for my misunderstanding earlier (duh), & good luck!

Hey ther genomon I ended up fixing my problem. Even though I was seeing data labels in design mode but not in print preview. I noticed the check box for display value was light gray. I ended up clicking on each value and checking display value. Not sure what that was all about but thanks for your post.
