Why won't Audix Bulletin Board hang up?

I have created an Audix bulletin mailbox and recorded a nice greeting. It plays but the call won't hang up. I really need to do this as a voicemail and not a VDN/vector(don't ask). Why is this a problem? Is there some reason the bulletin board mailboxes won't hang up nicely after playing their messages? Thanks, Kimberly

Check your AYC10 boards may have bad ports

If you stay on the line long enough(60 seconds after your greeting ends) I think you will hear audix prompts. I have seen this at 2 sites so I think it is by design not bad ports. I had the same issue with a customer who did not want to use a vdn/vector. I built the mb as an auto attdnt, did not define any keys. It would play the greeting twice then hang up.

telm59 is correct that it is this way by design. The only way I have found to correct this is to setup announcements on announcement board. They say what you need to get out and then slam on you..
