i reffered this website for currency converion.

i downloaded the php file and when i run it i get the error

wht could be the problem

how are you running php? it looks like you're running it from your local drive, rather than through a PHP server. (i.e.

http://localhost/tutorial/worldplay_currency.php)

if that's not the issue, post some code please

I had the same error until i realized that I hadnt uncommented the extention for openssl in the php.ini file. I did have a problem with the service failing on startup, but copying the dll files in the php directory to the windows\system32 folder fixed that.
