Why?: Thicker border around copied/pasted Shapes

Using Visio 2002, I am trying to progmatically copy numerous shapes on an existing Document/page (using the Selection object).

However, whenever I progmatically paste that onto another Document/page, it adds all the shapes with thicker bounding boxes than in the original. It does copy the shape properly (at least ShapeSheet-wise), but I can't help but think I am missing something as to why it would display the copied shapes differently?
