why the DS failed to connect

one guy just change some user information in my IP office system. After restart, the DS always failed to connect to the specified Avaya Service across the Network. My DS is 3.0.33.

Is the DS a Digital Station or a Digital Service connecting to a router.

DS is the Delta Server, which is connect to the main database. it is the first program when you use Avaya IP Office (at management point). it is the bridge between main database and User.
