Why SQL refuse to install my cluster?

:( I try install SQL Server Enterprise on the cluster. After I setting a virtual server and added an ip address for virtual server the process is stoped by an error about the impossibility to lance on line the process or the virtual server. In order clening install and finish. I repeted the step again and again with the same result.
What you can tell me about this?
