Why sometimes we use small sometimes big letters at the start of the method, property or field name? Isn´t there a recomendation like in Java : fields, packages and methods start with small, classes with big? What does the big/small letter in front tell me about the item?

Thanks,Zarko

I have always been told to differentiate fields from properties by using lower case to start a field, and upper case to start a corresponding property.

Other than that, I usually start variables either in lower case or with an underscore, but that seems to be a matter or personal preference to me.

I hope this information is helpful to you. If anyone else has other ideas, feel free to chime in...
