I have been tasked with figuring out why there are 499 SIP trunks programmed in CM when the system config documents from Avaya say there should only be 288. When I check the call history in CMS for these trunk groups it reports that there are really only 400 trunks programmed. Are the trunks duplicated? If so, then why isn't it 576 (double 288)? HELP PLEASE!!

This seems like a very odd request. Why not ask the person or company that installed it ?

The Doc's show that you can have 96 ports per MAS unless you are using a S3500 server. How many MAS's do you have?

And it may be that all of the SIP trunks are not for MM.

How many are programed in the MM system ?
