My friends, looking for answers on why sone IPphones can't be recorded sometimes on Nortel Contact Recording. The phones are correctly configured, CLS: ICRA, AST 00 01, TN adquired by Symposium, Pos ID are in Contact Recording, Bulk channels are ready with the TN of the phones on NCR, The agents ID'S are in symposium. We have to restart Symposium, NCR, NQM, Archive and then all went fine.
