Why My SMTP at AS400 stoped?

Hi

I seeting SMTP and POP followed by the guide at :

I found I couldn't start the SMTP server and there are no QTSMTP* jobs running after I run WRKACTJOB SBS(QSYSWRK)
QMSF jobs and POP jobs are running.

Somebody can tell me why and what should we do to find the problem? Thanks!
