My mail user created some mail folder in their mail account to store mail, but after a couple of days, some of the old mails disappeared. What should I set up to let the user can keep their mails in their created folder?
Do you have an agent that's deleting the mail? If so, disable the agent, if not, research why they are being deleted to begin with. Also, make sure that it's not just an archive agent that the user set up and it's just archiving all their mail. [sig][/sig]
