Hello Folks,

When I open a report, Access will not let me click on the reference links that the report is showing.
Is there another way to do this? Each record in my database has a link like " When a user is looking at the report(s), that link will show. If they are interested in knowing more informtion about that particular record, they can click on the link, and they should be directed to the appropriate site.
Can Access do this sort of work?

Thanks,

Rita

I do not believe you can do this is an Access report. However, you can export to HTML or Word, where the links may work, depending on how they have been set-up.

Will it work if I create a form instead? Include the links in there and make the form read only.
