Why my catalyst 1900 could sucessfu 1

Why my catalyst 1900 could sucessfully upgrade to cat1900.537.bin only?
I could not complete the process when I ugraded from cat1900A.8.01.00.bin and cat1900A.9.00.04.bin.
My Tftp server only display this message of transmit error
while sending to 192.168.0.19. the connection is reset by remote side. 192.168.0,19 is my 1900's IP
