Hi Dears!

There is a problem in my MiCC. MiCC adds three "0" to dialing digit. for example, the customer number is 091xxxxxxxx. and the prefix for outgoing calls is "0" so I insert the "0" in your site, media site, location, prefix. I have run CCS TRACE in the Mitel controller and I found that MiCC calls 000091xxxxxxxx. How can I configure the MiCC to solve the mentioned problem?

Check your call by call settings on the PRI

If you are set to call by call for , Bearer, Network, and CLID, then 000 is normal and absorbed by the system.

You will find the 000 being inserted via the Modified digit strings and should look like {000}. The brackets prevent the digits from showing up in SMDR

DO NOT modify these settings unless you know what you're doing or can accept that you wont be able to make any calls until you fix it.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

also make sure the MICC has the location and min max digits set properly for the media server

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
