Why last line not justified? Please see pic... 2

I assume you have a hard return at the end of that line, therefore the "last line" is actually the empty one below your seemingly last line.
Remove the hard return at the end of the last line.

Nikky I think you have set in the justification settings to single line composer instead of Paragraph composer.

This is not a good idea and causes problems like this.

The paragraph composer helps you to get a good equilibrium for the hole paragraph of the division of white between your characters.

I use single line only for titles or headings, never for paragraphs that have more than one line of text.
