I'm a newbie here but try setting CFHA in your CLS.

do you have marp turned on inyour switch? marp is on key 0 fdn is set and fna is in class, those are the only blocking fields on the switch call forward hunt override is not a problem in this case.. does the set hunt?

This may not answer your question, but why do you have CFW 16 on a phone with CFXD in the CLS?

Are we sure the user has actually turned on the forward feature at the phone?

i can see the forward key is programed to forward the call to Voice Mail ext 4444
if this is what you want, it is going there
if not
press the forward key once
enter the 4 digits xxxx of the extension you want to forward to
press forward again

call 3888, the call should go to xxxx
