Can anyone help with the following.

I have a new installation as shown above. The module tree on the left displays fine, the icons on the right display fine, but above the icons, where normally you would see the 'Licensed to', 'Dealer', 'CC' and image, nothing appears.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Rodney

Hi Tuba,

Thank you for that. I've just checked and those two files are present and can be viewed in IE.

I have a feeling it is someting to do with HTML files not being able to be viewed in Accpac. When we first loaded Accpac, help would not display, so we added the usual REG file that fixes that and all good now with the Help files. But my hunch is that it is something similar. Just can't track it down yet.

It also appears that process flows won't display. Hope this jogs some ideas to anyone in the community that may have come across this before.

Regards,
Rodney

Process flows needs Flash, that's different. You must have an anti-malware software interfering.

Hi Tuba,

Thanks for the Process Flow info. I'll look into that later. No malware software on this server.

Right now, I would be happy to get to the bottom of the first issue of no Default.htm and Appdef.htm showing in the Accpac Desktop area.

Still puzzled.

Regards,
Rodney

I've installed this software hundreds of times and not had this issue, therefore something is very non-standard with your configuration.

:)
Yes, it's a first for me too. I've not seen it on any of my other client installs.
