I have an image that has #003300 (green) around it and I posted it on the web. I used <body bgcolor=#003300> on my html to fill up the rest of the page green, but theyre totally different.

The page is dark green and the photoshop image is lighter.

Does this have to do with Adobe Gamma? Will others see this problem or is it just my pc??

Thankx

When you saved it, did you use File > Save For Web? If not, maybe give it a go.

either try what blueark said or the best way to make and save things for the web is to bring it from PS into ImageReady, thats why adobe put it with Photoshop!

Safe for the WEB concept is almost gone as the web development has evolved....&quot;most&quot; colors and colours can be displayed on the web!
All the best!
