I don't know why but it happened too many times and it's getting annoying.

When I used the straight Lasso Line to trace around the image, sometimes while in the process of tracing the lasso line will automatically loop itself before I even reach the starting point. The question is why?

When this happen, I usually have to retrace again, or use the shift or alt to add/minus to the existing loop depending on how much I got.

You clicked 2 times in a row too quickly. You might want to set up your mouse utilities to speed up the double click speed.

When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.

Unfortunately that is not the case either. I know about the double clicking when wanting to close the loop. I am very positive it's a single click because I usually don't click my mouse that fast. I don't know it just strange.

Then I don't know... unless you have a bad connection in the mouse acting like it is double clicking.

When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.

I agree, the mouse is probably acting up. I get this when the batteries in my wireless are getting low. Also used to get it on a corded mouse if it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
