hi all,
i have a problem which i would want you guys to solve for me.
i have a Novell server (BoarderManager server) at our basestation(Head Office) with two Novell servers (proxy servers) at remote locations with a radio link doing connection and all my workstation are running windows 2000 professional and also we do voice on our network.
For sometime now the proxy servers(Novell servers) in the remote locations are slow when there is a heavy traffic on them. it is not that it should remain fast even when there is atraffic on it but it has become much more slower than when it used to have traffic on them.

Please, i need a Novell wizkid out there that could help me with a solution to the problem. i have called Novell both abroad and also their regional office in africa but al what they have told me has not helped me solve the problem.
They brought issues like it it will be a hardware problem like the RAM and also the Processor.

I NEED HELP.

in monitor kernel - what are processes

is it server thats running slow or pc's ?

do you health check servers?

have you line utility stats - are you lines being saturated?
