Hello,

I inherited a report that is compiled and emailed daily. I have to copy this dashboard table from Word and paste it as a “Picture (Enhanced Metafile)” format so that I can email this dashboard picture. On the bottom of the copied dashboard, I have a status section that are bullet items. The problem is, when the email is received by others, the text could be wrapped around the dashboard to the right, or the font is bolded in a fuzzy dark font (I use Arial 12) or the picture is too far over to the right, etc.

I need some expert suggestions that may have a better way to copy and paste the dashboard and text without distortion.

Any suggestions out there?

If you have to copy the report as an image, what about taking a screen capture of it and saving this as a jpg etc, this way it should appear exactly as it appears on screen.

I can recommend Snagit, which I use daily for this kind of thing, it can also capture Scrolling windows for when you want to capture something that doesn't fit on the screen.

And you can try it for free by downloading a free 30 day trial at the below URL.
