Why is back up missing?

I just installed Windows 95 on my laptop. The version is 4.00.950 B. I can't figure out why the back up program is missing.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Possibly need to install it.
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->
Windows Setup (second tab)->System Tools->Details, then put a check by Backup.
