Why is autoforwarded message from folder have incorrect From: Address

Good evening,

I have written an agent which forwards all mail received into a public folder to different addresses, based on the text in the message. The forwarding is working fine; however, all the forwarded mail is coming from me and not from the folder. The folder has an email address, obviously since it is receiving mail.

How do I force the forwarded mail to have the correct address? Or why does the forwarded mail always have my address?

Any ideas, references, resources would be greatly appreciated.

The rule was setup from you mailbox profile thus your the sender. Dan
