Why is a computer not responding?

I have a few systems here at work, which I've installed SAVCE 8.01 onto, however, they are showing up as 'Offline or Firewalled' and cannot be contacted. When I first installed it, they responded and works but now they've suddenly dropped out.

I can browse the Admin$ and C$ of the computer, and the computers are on the same physical network (and subnet) so I cannot see why they are failing.

Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure the AV process is running on the client. On NAVCE 7.5 it is called rtvscan.exe, not sure what it's called in SAVCE 8.0
