We have a customer had some IP sets like i2002, i2004s. Sometimes the sets just got disconnected even during the calls, and would not come back for about 20 min. Meantime, the BCM50 is running fine and network is good too, and they have PC connected to the sets.
Could anyone tell me what to check?

Is the BCM on the same LAN as the sets, or on a remote network (e.g. connected by VPN)?

I had a similar problem with an IP set connected to a remote BCM (2.0)... installed the latest patches on the BCM and so far it's been good.

Thanks first.
This one BCM is local. And patch is up to date.

BTW, we had another one has same issue but IP sets are via VPN branch tunnel connected, maybe I should patch that one.
